Additional information

Deposit & Payment
A 20% deposit is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance, along with any applicable travel fees, is due two weeks prior to the wedding. Payment Plans accepted please contact me for details.

My standard pricing reflects the couple as the two main subjects on the canvas, along with the chosen background. If you would like to include additional people or specific details, this can certainly be discussed. Each additional subject is charged at 20% of the base price, with the final cost depending on the number of subjects and their placement within the painting.

Postage
Postage costs will apply on locations 30 miles from Basildon which will include insurance. Any applicable postage fees will be discussed at the time of booking.

Travel Costs
I am based in Basildon, Essex, and travel up to 15 miles is included free of charge. For weddings within approximately 2 hours' drive of Southport, Merseyside, no accommodation fees will be charged; however, fuel costs will apply. Travel beyond these areas will be charged at 45p per mile. Overnight accommodation will be required only for weddings that require more than 1 night stay due to the distance. All travel and accommodation fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.

For weddings taking place in Scotland, Ireland, or Europe, all travel arrangements and associated fees will be discussed in detail.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, the deposit will be non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel, your deposit will be fully refunded.
If you wish to reschedule, this will be subject to my availability. If I am unavailable on your new date, the deposit will still be retained.
